Nezamia Unani Medical College & Hospital, Gaya is recognized by State Health Department of Bihar and affiliated with B.R. Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur and permitted by C.C.I.M., Department of Ayush, Ministry of Health & F.W., Govt. of India, New Delhi.

The College is purely private and managed and run by Nezamia Educational & Welfare Society, Chhatta Masjid, Gaya (Regd. under Societies registration Act 1860) with an intake Capacity of 40 Students.
