Guntur Institute of Medical Sciences/Guntur Medical College is a medical college in Guntur, India. It offers graduate (master’s) and undergraduate (bachelor’s) courses in Medical Sciences.

The college is affiliated to the NTR University of Health Sciences (NTRUHS) and is in the process of becoming autonomous as Guntur Institute of Medical Sciences.

The college works in conjunction with Government General Hospital-Guntur, a tertiary care hospital with 1500 beds, catering to the health needs of the public of the coastal belt of Andhra Pradesh, India.

Guntur Medical College is one of the premier medical institutions in south India. It is located in the heart of the city of Guntur, the knowledge hub of Andhra Pradesh. This Institute was established in 1946, it is accredited by AICTE and is affiliated to Dr NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada (NTRUHS). 

GMC, Guntur Medical College offers undergraduate courses with an annual intake of about 200 students and various medical Specialities including non-clinical, Para clinical and Clinical branches, which in total offers 47 courses across 4 streams namely Medical, Pharmacy, Paramedical, Science and across 6 degrees like MBBS, BSc, MD, MS (Surgery), MCh.
