ShikshaMed Consultant – Return & Refund Policy

Applicable for MBBS, MD/MS, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BDS, BVSc & All Medical Courses

ShikshaMed Consultant follows a strict No-Refund Policy for all services. We maintain full transparency so that students and parents clearly understand our terms before joining.

Non-Refundable Fees (Strict Policy)

All payments made to ShikshaMed—including registration fees, service charges, consultancy fees, documentation charges, processing fees, and GST—are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

No refund will be provided in the following situations:

• Candidate cancels or withdraws the service
• Change of mind or opting out after payment
• Seat not allotted / seat unavailable
• Delay, change, or cancellation of any counselling round
• Rejection by universities in India or abroad
• Visa rejection, embassy delay, or document issues
• Personal or family issues (medical, academic, financial, etc.)
• Technical issues related to candidate or portals
• Changes in rules by NMC, MCC, NBE, State Authorities, or Foreign Universities

⚠️ GST once paid is non-refundable as per Government of India rules.

No Return Policy

ShikshaMed Consultant provides counselling, guidance, documentation, and admission-related services, all of which are delivered digitally or through expert consultation. Since these services cannot be returned, withdrawn, or taken back once delivered, ShikshaMed follows a Strict No Return Policy.

• Services once purchased cannot be returned
• Digital/consultation-based services are not eligible for return
• No return will be accepted even if the service is partially used or not used at all
• All services are provided for a specific admission season and cannot be returned or shifted to the next year

Mandatory Reading Before Payment

Before making the payment, every candidate must read and understand:

• Service details
• Inclusions and exclusions
• Eligibility criteria
• Terms & conditions
• Refund policy

Once payment is completed:
❌ No refund
❌ No cancellation
❌ No chargeback
❌ No reversal
❌ No compensation
❌ No service adjustment
will be accepted for any reason.

Voluntary Acceptance of Terms

By making the payment, the student/parent confirms that they:

• Have willingly chosen ShikshaMed services
• Clearly understand the zero-refund policy
• Agree that the payment is final and non-reversible
• Accept all terms and conditions without any objection

No Liability for External or Regulatory Decisions

ShikshaMed will not be responsible for any decisions made by outside authorities, including:

• NMC / MCC / NBE
• State Counselling Authorities
• Foreign Universities
• Ministries, Embassies, or Visa Offices
• Any government or regulatory body

Any delay, change, or cancellation caused by these authorities will not qualify for a refund, as these are completely outside our control.

Final and Binding Decision

If any clarification, doubt, or dispute arises, the decision made by ShikshaMed Consultant will be:

✔ Binding on all students and parents
