Bachelor of Veterinary Science & Animal Husbandry (BVSc & AH) Degree course
BVSc and AH stand for Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry. This is a five-year integrated course, with 4.5 years of study and one year of internship. This course is offered by the Veterinary Council of India (VCI).
Animals are pure spirits, but because they cannot communicate, they cannot inform us about the difficulties they are experiencing. Veterinary is a noble career since we can serve and care for these souls. We share our planet with these creatures, whether they are animals, birds, fish, or insects. It is our job to care for the creatures we live with.
In India, people keep dogs and cats as pets and care for them.
After BVSc and AH, we have a master’s degree, known as MVSc. MVSc students pursue master’s degrees in a specific area of veterinary science. We can also pursue a Ph.D. if you are interested in teaching and becoming a professor.
