Autonomous State Medical College, Fatehpur,U.P. has been established under phase -2 of centrally sponsored Scheme to attach Medical College with existing District Hospital which is located approximately 9 km. away from Medical college.

The aim of this institute is to achieve excellence in Health Care Medical Education and research work. ASMC Fatehpur is run by Department of Medical Education, Uttar Pradesh and Affiliated with Atal Bihari Vajpayee Medical University Lucknow.

College Campus is located at Kanpur – Prayagraj Highway in Vill Allipur in Between Malwan and Fatehpur. It is Spread over approximately 19 acres area and having Academic Block, Hospital Block , Library , Hostels for MBBS Students, Junior Residents, Senior Residents, Faculty residence, Gymnasium and Auditorium.

Autonomous State Medical College, Fatehpur, U.P. has been Funded by Approximately 80% from Central Govt. and 20% from State Govt. Medical College Construction was started in 2019 and proposed to be completed in 2021. This year planning is to start MBBS Batch of 100 Students in this College.
