Shri Vasantdada Patil Dental College (SVPDC), Sangali was established in 1989. The College is a self financed institute run by Shri. Vishwanathrao Shamrao Patil Charitable Trust, Sangli. The college is the only Dental College in South Maharashtra. The college was previously affiliated to Shivaji University Kolhapur but now, the dental college has been affiliated to Maharashtra University of Health Science, Nashik..
