ShikshaMed offers different counselling and admission-guidance packages for NEET UG, NEET PG, and other medical admission processes.
Each package includes expert guidance, counselling support, resources, and updates related to your selected exam category or admission year.
All packages are one-time purchases. There are no recurring charges or renewals unless you choose a new package.
Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive immediate access to the package you selected.
Access is valid for the current counselling season or admission year, and the duration will always be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.
Your package access is linked to your ShikshaMed account and may be limited to specific devices as per the package details.
It is your responsibility to make sure that your device is compatible with ShikshaMed’s platform and communication tools.
After purchasing any ShikshaMed package, you receive personal and non-transferable access to our counselling content and guidance.

ShikshaMed may update, modify, or change package offerings if required due to counselling updates, rule changes, or technical improvements.
If such changes occur, we will ensure that students continue receiving relevant support, but ShikshaMed will not be responsible for any limitations that occur due to external changes (such as NMC/MCC announcements).
ShikshaMed follows a strict No-Refund Policy, as our counselling support begins immediately after payment.

Note: GST and payment gateway charges are non-refundable as per Government of India rules.
Since ShikshaMed packages offer instant access and services begin immediately, cancellations are not allowed once access is provided.
