MBBS- (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) is a Bachelor program of Medicine offered at Akash Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Centre Devanahalli. The duration of the MBBS program is 5.5 years, including the internship. NEET (The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) is the one and only entrance test for admission to MBBS courses in India’s government and private colleges.Akash Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Centre is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Bangalore. Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) syllabus covers theory & practical in Anatomy,Biochemistry, Physiology, Forensic Medicine & Toxicology, Microbiology, Pathology, Pharmacology,Anesthesiology, Community Medicine, Dermatology & Venereology, Medicine, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Otorhinolaryngology, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, Surgery.The career specializations offered for MBBS candidates are Nephrology, Cardiology, Gynecology,Anesthesiology, Organ Transplant, Endocrine, and General Surgery. After completing the MBBS internship, the students become registered doctors and can work in hospitals, healthcare centers,clinics, medical camps, health campaigns as doctors, certified medical practitioner, physicians,consultants, medical officer. They can also apply for a post-graduate degree in medical science(MD/MS). They also have an option to work in pharmaceuticals as research associates.

Duration : 4 and half Year + 1 Year Compulsory Rotating Internship

Eligibility : The candidates must have pass Higher Secondary examination from a recognized Board. The candidates must have pass the subjects of English Physics Chemistry and Biology.
