M.M. Institute of Medical Sciences & Research has been approved by Medical Council of India for undergraduate course (M.B.B.S), post graduate courses (M.D., M. S, and PG diploma) in 21 disciplines and super speciality courses (D.M., MCh) in 4 disciplines. Hospital facilities include MRI, C.T. The hospital has all superspeciality departments with superspeciality facilities in Urology, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Rheumatology Neurosurgery, Pediatric Surgery, Nephrology, Plastic surgery, cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery. Cardiology department has advanced Cath lab for all cardiovascular interventions. Cardiothoracic surgery department is equipped with state of the art equipments and highly dedicated team to perform all type of cardiac and vascular surgeries including cardiac bypass, valvular surgeries, pediatric cardiac surgery and vascular graft surgeries etc. All neurosurgery, pediatric surgeries are routinely performed by team of highly experienced and dedicated doctors. All minimally invasive procedures are performed in Gastroenterology and Urology departments with state of the art equipments. Radiation oncology department has most advance linear accelerator (Versa-HD) for radiotherapy of cancer patients. Besides this the department also has brachytherapy, chemotherapy, CT simulator facility for treatment of all cancer patients.

The central library of the Institute has a rich collection of text and reference books with total approx. 24000 books and more than 10000 e-books. It subscribes to 519 journals that include 129 international, 165 Indian journals and 225 e-Journals. Different topics of various subjects have also been covered in CD-ROMs which are available for the benefit of the students. The library has been provided with Computers, internet facility, and access to Up to date, OVID and Medlars. The library also provides facility for plagiarism check to both the faculty and students using most recent software like Turnitin UK. Besides this each department has its own departmental libraries with subject specific books and journals.
