One 10 bedded Homoeopathic Hospital was inaugurated by SHRl SANT PACHLEGAONKAR MAHARAJ with the active and pivotal role of founder Director Dr. M.G. Zite Vow.
Antarbharti Homoeopathic Medical College was started in Marathi Medium in the year 1975 with D.H.M.S course (4 years duration) with eligibility of 10 PCB under Bombay Board of Homoeopathic Medicine and Biochemistry Act. Dr.Sajjanwar, who stood first on merit and received gold medal, was a student of first batch of our esteemed institution.
The admission process was stopped after the introduction of Central Council of Homoeopathic Regulations 1983. The CCH regulation 1983 imposed that admission criteria would be 10+2 science in English medium instead of 10 PCB. But owing to that, more and more urban students would get chance for admission and it was contrary to our principle aim of the college to give scope for admission to more and more self reliant homoeopathic practitioners serving the rural villages.
