Step 1) Apply online: We use the information you provide at our office to complete your application.

Documents needed to complete the application form:

Step 2) Invitation letter: We start the VISA procedure after we receive the invitation letter, admission letter, and visa support letter in the mail upon receipt of the necessary paperwork and payment.

Step 3) Processing VISA : We get in touch with the closest Armenian Embassy or Consulate and provide them with the invitation letter from Mkhitar Gosh Armenian-Russian International University.

Documents needed to process a VISA application:

  1. original letter of invitation
  2. Original International passport (valid for one year) original certificate of higher
  3. secondary education (12th standard Mark Sheet)
  4. Certificate of Date of Birth
  5. a medical certificate bearing a blood report (HIV specimen) from any reputable private facility. NOTE: Issued no later than two months prior to the start of the university study procedure.
  6. Size of passport Images with a white backdrop
  7. Visa charges.
  8. Payment of first-year tuition fees
  9. original, signed authority letter (for collecting visa)
  10. Affidavit on authentic 10 rupee stamp paper -Sponsorship affidavit, which must include the following information: complete name of sponsor, address, phone number, email, and commitment to pay applicant’s fees (with total amount stated)
  11. Whenever the student is under eighteen, a minor affidavit on stamp paper worth ten rupees from the student’s mother and father.
  12. The signatures on the affidavit and the photo copy of the parents’ ID should match everywhere.
  13. Bank statement in the parent’s or child’s name (six-month original statement with bank stamp and a minimum amount of 4.5 lakh)
  14. If the account was started less than six months ago, the bank manager will send you a letter outlining that information.
  15. If the account holder is a student, the minimum amount that can be in the account is Rs. 3.5 lakh.

 

Step 4) ARRIVAL: We notify students and the college about flight information, including date and arrival time, after obtaining a visa from the Armenian embassy or consulate. The student is met at the airport by one of our agents.
