Refund and Return Policy

ShikshaMed Consultant – Return & Refund Policy

Applicable for: MBBS, MD/MS, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BDS, BVSc and all other medical courses.

ShikshaMed Consultant follows a strict No-Refund Policy for all its services. We believe in complete transparency, so please read this policy carefully before making any payment. For a detailed breakdown, you may also download our Terms & Conditions PDF.


1. Non-Refundable Fees

All payments made to ShikshaMed — including registration fees, service charges, consultancy fees, documentation charges, processing fees, and GST — are non-refundable once processing on your application has begun.

Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:

  1. Candidate cancels or withdraws from the service after processing has started
  2. Change of mind or opting out after payment
  3. Seat not allotted or seat unavailable
  4. Delay, change, or cancellation of any counselling round
  5. Rejection by universities in India or abroad
  6. Visa rejection, embassy delay, or document issues
  7. Personal or family circumstances (medical, academic, financial, etc.)
  8. Technical issues related to the candidate or third-party portals
  9. Changes in rules by NMC, MCC, NBE, State Authorities, or foreign universities

⚠️ GST once paid is non-refundable, as per Government of India rules.


2. No Return Policy

ShikshaMed Consultant provides counselling, guidance, documentation, and admission-related services. These are delivered digitally or through expert consultation, and therefore cannot be returned or withdrawn once delivered.

  1. Services once purchased cannot be returned
  2. Digital and consultation-based services are not eligible for return
  3. Returns will not be accepted whether the service was fully used, partially used, or not used at all
  4. All services are provided for a specific admission season and cannot be carried forward or shifted to the next year

3. Mandatory Reading Before Payment

Before making a payment, every candidate is required to read and understand the following:

  1. Service details
  2. Inclusions and exclusions
  3. Eligibility criteria
  4. Terms & conditions
  5. Refund policy

Once payment is completed, the following will not be accepted for any reason:

  • ❌ Refund
  • ❌ Cancellation
  • ❌ Chargeback
  • ❌ Reversal
  • ❌ Compensation
  • ❌ Service adjustment

4. Voluntary Acceptance of Terms

By making the payment, the student/parent confirms that they:

  1. Have willingly chosen ShikshaMed’s services
  2. Clearly understand the no-refund policy
  3. Agree that the payment is final and non-reversible
  4. Accept all terms and conditions without objection

5. No Liability for External or Regulatory Decisions

ShikshaMed will not be responsible for decisions made by outside authorities, including:

  1. NMC / MCC / NBE
  2. State Counselling Authorities
  3. Foreign Universities
  4. Ministries, Embassies, or Visa Offices
  5. Any other government or regulatory body

Any delay, change, or cancellation caused by these authorities will not qualify for a refund, as these matters are outside our control.


6. Final and Binding Decision

In case of any clarification, doubt, or dispute, the decision made by ShikshaMed Consultant will be:

  1. Final
  2. Conclusive
  3. Binding on all students and parents

7. Summary — In Simple Terms

  • All fees are non-refundable once processing begins
  • Once payment is made, no changes are allowed
  • External/regulatory issues are not grounds for a refund
  • By making payment, you agree to all terms above
