Packages, Refund & Cancellation Policy

ShikshaMed Consultant – India’s Trusted Medical Admission Guidance Platform

At ShikshaMed Consultant, we aim to provide clear, reliable, and transparent service policies so that every student and parent feels confident and informed.

• Packages & Access

ShikshaMed offers different counselling and admission-guidance packages for NEET UG, NEET PG, and other medical admission processes.
Each package includes expert guidance, counselling support, resources, and updates related to your selected exam category or admission year.

All packages are one-time purchases. There are no recurring charges or renewals unless you choose a new package.

Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive immediate access to the package you selected.
Access is valid for the current counselling season or admission year, and the duration will always be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.

Your package access is linked to your ShikshaMed account and may be limited to specific devices as per the package details.
It is your responsibility to make sure that your device is compatible with ShikshaMed’s platform and communication tools.

• Access & Usage

After purchasing any ShikshaMed package, you receive personal and non-transferable access to our counselling content and guidance.

You agree NOT to:

1. 1. • Share, transfer, or resell your access
      • Copy, forward, or publicly share any ShikshaMed content
      • Use our content for commercial purposes
      • Try to bypass security, login restrictions, or access controls
      • Use ShikshaMed services for any illegal or unauthorized activity

All content is meant strictly for personal use during the admission cycle.

• Modification of Packages

ShikshaMed may update, modify, or change package offerings if required due to counselling updates, rule changes, or technical improvements.
If such changes occur, we will ensure that students continue receiving relevant support, but ShikshaMed will not be responsible for any limitations that occur due to external changes (such as NMC/MCC announcements).

• Refund Policy

ShikshaMed follows a strict No-Refund Policy, as our counselling support begins immediately after payment.

Please review package details, services included, and the admission category carefully before purchasing.
Once payment is made, no refund will be provided under any circumstance, including:

1. 1. • Accidental or incorrect purchase
      • Change of mind
      • Low NEET score / not qualifying
      • Choosing another consultant
      • Seat not allotted or seat unavailable
      • Delay or change in counselling schedule
      • Personal, academic, or family reasons
      • Issues with student-side devices or login

Refund will be considered ONLY if:

1. 1. • You paid successfully but did not receive access due to a technical issue from ShikshaMed’s side,
      • AND the issue is not resolved within 7 days of your complaint.

Include your registered email, payment proof, and a short explanation.

Approved refunds (very rare cases) will be processed within 14 working days.

Note: GST and payment gateway charges are non-refundable as per Government of India rules.

• Cancellation Policy

Since ShikshaMed packages offer instant access and services begin immediately, cancellations are not allowed once access is provided.

If you have made the payment but have not received access, you must inform us within 48 hours at:

Our team will check the issue and help you promptly.

• Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law:

1. 1. • ShikshaMed’s total liability for any claim related to a package will not exceed INR 500 or 50% of the package amount, whichever is lower.
        This applies even if any other remedy does not work as expected.

• Amendments

ShikshaMed may update or revise this policy whenever necessary.
Continued use of our services after any update means you accept the revised terms.
